ASTON VILLA V FULHAM PREDICTIONS

Villa have been on a great run recently to get themselves out the relegation zone but they can’t relax yet and need a big performance against a Fulham side who are comfortably midtable.

Aston Villa are 16^th in the table with 33 points from 32 matches which has them 2 points clear of the relegation zone.  They have won 3 of their last 4 matches, including two away from home, and are looking like they’ll avoid the drop.  Things were looking ominous for them before this run with an inexperienced team but they have fought hard in every match and totally deserved their wins.

Fulham are 10^th in the EPL with 39 points from 31 matches and could move up to 9^th if they win their game in hand over Swansea.  They had been on a strong run with 3 wins in 4 before an injury time defeat at Newcastle last weekend but they have done enough already this season and can coast to the finish.

Villa still have a very large injury list including Agbonlahor, Herd, Albrighton, Gardner, Dunne and Petrov.  They will hope Ciaran Clark will be fit for the weekend but it shows how well the team have done to put a winning run together with this level of injuries.

Fulham will be missing Enoh and Diarra but expect Petriae and Dejagah to be fit.
