ASTON VILLA v MAN UTD: TOTAL GOALS BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Aston Villa’s good run of form ended with a nothing performance at Fulham. Two goals down early on and a poor effort meant back to the drawing board. Villa sit in 11^th with 5 wins, 4 draws and 6 defeats. I think at the start of the season most fans would have taken that. Suprisingly home form isn’t that good and Villa are one of the few teams in the league with better form on the road. That tells us they prefer to play on the counter. Out for the home side is key midfielder Delph while a long list of doubts. Fitness tests over Vlaar, Luna and Kozak. Man Utd make do with talisman Van Persie. The Dutchman has been brought back too soon and now Moyes must pay for his impatience. Utd are in 9^th at the moment just 3 points ahead of Villa in one of their worst ever starts in recent memory. Overall form of 6 wins, 4 draws and 5 defeats. For me the aura of Ferguson has taken with it the invincibility of United at home and away. Teams have a go at them now and especially at Old Trafford they look susceptible. Joining RVP on the sidelines are Carrick and Evra. Doubts for United over Vidic, Smalling and Fellaini.

 I think United can win here but I am expecting goals for both sides.  A high scoring encounter for me but it’s a toss up between both to score and over 2.5 goals. The overs gets it for me just in case Villa don’t manage the goal. Average for both side over 10 games is just over with 2.6 goals per game. United don’t look solid at all at the back and with doubts over Vidic and Smalling with Evra already out it could be a new back 4.
