Cardiff really look like a dead man walking at the moment. Just one win in 6 games with 17 goals conceded. With an overall tally of 26 points they are in 3^rd bottom but Sunderland do still have 2 games in hand.  Cardiff home form is ok though with 5 wins, 4 draws and 7 losses.  Missing for them here will be Fabio. Palace produced a tremendous performance to defeat Chelsea 1-0 in the last game. After a run of poor results they were looking down and out themselves but Pulis engineered another sound defence and they ran out 1-0 winners. They are 5 points ahead of hosts Cardiff who hold the 3^rd relegation place but have a game in hand. Palace away from is not great with 2 wins, 2 draws and 11 losses. Out for them here may be striker Gayle who will face a fitness test but Chamakh is available again.

We take a justified gamble on Crystal Palace here at 3.25. They are a better side than the hosts for sure and will be in a much better position after the 90 minutes with a win here against one of their direct relegation rivals.
