Neither side are in the best of form going into this game and both managers are starting to worry a little as the bottom half of the table gets convoluted. Cardiff are decent at home though and have only lost 5 of their 13 home games (won 4 and drawn 4) – Recent form shows just 1 win in 6 though. Absent for Cardiff are Taylor and Bellamy while key attacker Mutch is doubtful too. Hull are not great on the road and have only 2 wins from their 13 away matches (2 draws and 9 losses) – Hull have an identically poor recent record of 1 wins in 6 although they have a better goal difference. Missing for Hull are defenders Chester and McShane and forward Graham. Defender Rosenior is unlikely to feature either.

We have to oppose Hull here who are dire on the road. Cardiff need wins now and are at the stage were if they continue to lose they could be soon adrift. Cardiff do look a bit big on the 1x2 for me for this game. If you don’t want to risk your stake on the outright win take a punt on the 0 asian handicap.
