Cardiff beat Fulham away last Premier League match day, scoring the winner in the 90^th minute.  At home Cardiff has been solid holding Everton and beating Man City. Spurs grabbed a one goal victory. Mackay has definitely set up his Cardiff side to play tough to break down football, and at home they have fantastic support. Here Danish starlet Cornelius could finally be fit for action up front again.

Newcastle is very unstable, but there is a lot of potential in this side. They usually find the net, but they also leak goals at the back. In their last two Premier League games they’ve let in three goals. If they want anything out of this game they better shore up their back line.  Steven Taylor (Defender) is still out. Jonas Gutierrez (Winger) could be set for game time here after sitting out since mid August.

I rate Newcastle the better side, and they definitely have more potential in the final third. However at home Cardiff fight like lions, and who can argue with their efforts so far? This looks like a very tight game indeed. I find 3.40 (12/5) for the draw from Bet365 quite useful.
