Last year Palace were a surefire unders side but this season and the loss of Pulis for me means they may have a shift in playing. I am not a big fan of Warnock but he can lead his players. Palace grabbed a 3-3 draw last time out against QPR and the defending was awful. Conceding 3 at home to an average West Ham side is poor too. Palace’s best defensive effort so far this season was the 2-1 loss to Arsenal. 8 goal conceded so far is a poor inidicator. Burnley look doomed to me and unless they start grabbing wins they could be out of sight by Christmas. They were poor going forward against Swansea and deserved to lose. Against Man Utd they put in a shift but never looked threatening at all. A 0-0 draw was probably fair enough in truth as United were poor too.
Im looking to back the overs here due to Palace and Warnock being particular clueless. Burnley haven’t got into the spirit of things of late and have been involved in 2 games with just 1 goal. However if they are to do anything this year they need to start attacking and picking up points and this is one game when they should be able to score. Last three games for both teams have seen 17 goals for a game average of 2.83. Odds are big here due to a low goal expectancy but we can take advantage until the bookies catch on.
