In a repeat of the dramatic final match of last season Manchester City looks to continue their undefeated start to the season against ambitious QPR.  We will preview the action and give predictions on the betting market.

Man City have scored 5 goals in their two EPL games so far this season, unlike them however they have also conceded 4 over that time.  First a come from behind 3-2 victory against newly promoted Southampton, then a 2-2 away draw with Liverpool.  This leaky defence isn’t something that City are known for and it may be down to their managers new affinity with trying to play a back 3, it hasn’t worked well for them at all so far and they have looked far stronger when they revert to their usual back 4.

QPR had a horrid first match, losing 5-0 at home to Swansea.  Since then they have been busy trying to bolster their squad and have added Jose Bosingwa and Julio Cesar to improve the defence.  That brings the total signings to 8 first team players and they are not finished there with a reported move for Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero.

 As usual when City are at home, many goals are expected in this match.  Over 2.5 Goals is priced at 1.36 with bet365 and the Under is 3.25 with William Hill.

Asian Handicap

City are big favourites here with the handicap set at City -2 @ 2.07 with QPR +2 @ 1.88, both best priced at Pinnacle.

City need to shore up their leaky defence but they will have enough firepower going forward to score multiple goals against this QPR defence.
