EVERTON V ASTON VILLA PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Everton are 5^th I the table just 1 point off the final Champions League spot.  They will be hoping a strong second half of the season can push them over the line into the CL next season.  Everton need to keep winning with just 2 wins in their last 5 and 2 draws, wins at home are very important.

Aston Villa are back into the relegation zone in 19^th place but are even in points with 17^th place and safety.  They need to stop this poor run which has seen 3 defeats and 2 draws in their last 5 games, 3 points would be very welcome for Paul Lambert.

Everton looked to have signed midfielder Leroy Fer for over €9m but a problem with the medical led to them pulling out.  Will that leave them short for the rest of the season as they push for Europe?

Villa are starting to get some players fit after a very poor injury run but they will still be without Albrighton, Dunne, Herd and Gardner for this and their squad has struggled with them missing.
