Everton go into this game in a bit of mixed form for the 1^st time of the season, A weekend loss to Spurs was undeserved and at worst they deserved a point. They did look a little light up front and the cameo of towering striker Lacina Traore gave us a glimpse of his qualities. Everton are still doing well and sit in 6^th with 12 wins, 9 draws and 4 defeats, although Spurs leapfrogged them with that 1-0 on Sunday. Home form for Everton is good with 8 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat. Recent form is mixed though with 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. Out for Everton are Alcaraz and Lukaku alongside long termers Gibson and Oviedo. Palace are moving steadily up the table. Recent form shows 4 wins and 3 losses to give The Eagles a fighting chance of avoiding relegation. Palace have a full squad to choose from for the 1^st time this season.

There has been a big move on the under 2.5 and with Palace involved I can see why. However Palace have all their attacking talent back and with the addition of a few quality forwards their options increase up top. Everton are always attacking and they could conceivably cover the handicap themselves. Total goals in last ten games for both teams was dead on 25 goals for a 2.5 goals per game average. Overs for me against the cash, more value for two open teams.
