EVERTON – SWANSEA CITY: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Everton are still clinging on to the coat tails of the top teams and are still in with a shout of Champions League football. They are in 6^th position with 51 points but do have games in hand on all the teams above them (a winnable home tie with Palace) – Home form for The Toffees is solid with 10 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat, a record that Chelsea, Liverpool and City can beat. Recent form is ok with 3 wins and 3 losses. Missing here are long termers Oviedo, Kone and Gibson. With doubts over Jagielka, Barry and Barkley. Swansea are in a bit of trouble for me and seem a bit aimless at the moment.  Sitting in 14^th they are only 4 points above the drop zone. Away from is not great with 3 wins, 3 draws and 8 losses. Recent form is poor too with 1 win, 2 draws and 3 losses. Missing for Swans is Shelvey with Dyer likely to be unavailable too.

Everton are very strong at home and are taking another three points here. Swansea are rudderless at the moment and I believe the sacking of Laudrup was a mistake. Too often chairman make these knee-jerk reactions. Everton have won 10 of their 14 games and beaten much better teams than Swansea.
