FULHAM V CHELSEA PREDICTIONS

Fulham are wanting another top half finish this season and are looking strong going into the last 7 games.  Chelsea are still fighting in the Europa League and are in a tough battle for a top 4 place in the EPL, will things get too much for them?

Fulham are 10^th in the Premiership with 40 points from 32 matches.  They have been in mixed form lately with 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat in their last 5 but they have won 3 of their last 4 at home.  Fulham don’t really have much left to play for as they are comfortably mid-table and are under no pressure, it may be tough for them to get motivated for this one.

Chelsea are 4^th in the EPL with 58 points from 31 matches which has them 2 points behind 3^rd place Arsenal but with 2 games in hand.  They have some tough matches coming up against Liverpool and Tottenham so every win is very important.

Fulham will be missing Duff, Dejagah and Diarra while Chelsea will be without Cole, Cahill and Romeu.  The main struggle for Chelsea will be keeping their players fresh with so many games this season.

Chelsea need to keep winning if they want to gain a top 4 place.  They have some tough games ahead so wins against the teams outside the top 8 are necessities.  Fulham are a tough team at home though so Chelsea will have to work hard for the win.
