Two sides with something to play for in this game in hand. Hull have pulled a few surprise results off of late while Liverpool have been very hit and miss. Hull are in 16th with 31 points and have a narrow 1 point lead over Sunderland but a vastly superior goal difference. Home form for Hull reads 4 wins, 4 draws and 7 losses. Recently they have 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses. Out for them here will be Jelavic and Meyler with Davies expected to return. Doubts remain over Diame and Robertson. Liverpool are up in 5th but have a 7 point deficit to catch up on City. Form has dipped slighty with 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses in 6. Away form is good with 8 wins, 2 draws and 6 losses – only Arsenal and Chelsea have won more on road. Out for Pool are Sakho and Sturridge. Leiva is rated 50-50 while Moreno has a slight niggle too. Both sides are still in the hunt and I see goals for either side. Without Sturridge Liverpool might actually be aided a little as he has been playing some way under his best.
