LIVERPOOL V EVERTON BETTING TIPS

This match could decide who gets the bragging rights around Liverpool for the next 12 months as the Merseyside derby comes around again.

Everton have a 5 point lead in the Premiership over Liverpool and a win here would confirm that they’ll finish above Liverpool this season, an achievement few felt was likely at the start of the season but Everton have been excellent this season and are unlucky to be outside the European places.

Everton have had a strong run in to the season with 5 wins, 2 draws and just 1 defeat in their last 8 matches and they’ll be confident they can break their Anfield jinx and beat their old rivals away from home.

Liverpool are also in decent form with just 1 loss in their last 9 but 3 draws in their last 4 games have kept them behind Everton.  Moving up one more place doesn’t have any major benefits like a European place but for the fans finishing above your rivals is one of the most important aims of the season.
