LIVERPOOL – QUEENS PARK RANGERS PREDICTIONS

Liverpool take on Queens Park Rangers on the last game day in England Premiership. Neither team can change positions with any result so all thats left to play for is professional pride.

Liverpool have just one defeat in 12 matches, with 7 wins and 4 draws. In that time they have scored  a whopping 26 goals with 10 conceded. Liverpool will end the season in 7^th position and have currently a record of 15 wins, 13 draws and 9 defeats. Liverpool have made do without Luis Saurez and even looked quality without skipper Steven Gerrard. With a young starting eleven they took on Fulham at Craven Cottage and brushed them aside with ease. Key to the victory was the growing understanding between Daniel Sturridge and Philipe Coutinho.  Liverpool have a huge list of missing players, in defence Daniel Agger is out and may be joined by Martin Skrtel. Midfield sees Gerrard missing again with Joe Allen sidelined and Raheem Sterling unfit. The suspended Suarez will be out until September.

Queens Park Rangers finished plum last and the overpaid and overhyped stars and manager must hang their head in shame. Without a win in eight games (2 draws and 6 losses) they have laboured terribly. Harry Redknapp has tried switching players and formations with little change in fortune. His side is packed with players of obvious quality but he has no balance at all. Cliques were formed around January when a host of “stars” came in mega wages. QPR were doomed there and then.  The vultures will be circling for the better players with Loic Remy, Esteban Granero, Adel Taraabt and Julio Cesar likely to be moved on. QPR finished 20^th with a record of 4 wins, 13 draws and 20 defeats. Shaun Wright-Phillips misses out here while doubts remain against Cesar in goal and Christopher Samba.

Queens Park Rangers are in turmoil here and the fans revolted at the weekend. Turning on high paid stars who did not appear to be giving 100%. The main targets for abuse were Stephane M’Bia and Jose Boswinga, neither may feature for the club again. Liverpool on the other hand look in as good a condition as their fans have seen them for a long time. Even without Gerrard and Suarez they look bright, pacey and full of craft.
