MAN UNITED V MAN CITY: TOTAL GOALS BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Man Utd continue their worst ever Premier League season with another mixture of results. They were hammered at home to Liverpool but recovered a 2-0 deficit to make it to the last eight of Champions League in mdweek. A weekend win at West Ham gave them a bit of a confidence booster. Overall they have 51 points but are still 11 points off 4^th position. Home form is poor for them with 6 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses. Recent results show 3 wins and 3 losses. Out for United here will be Vidic and Van Persie with doubts over Valencia, Smalling, Evans and Ferdinand. Man City trounced Fulham 5-0 at home at the weekend. They are the biggest danger to Chelsea for the title as they are only 6  points behind them with three games in hand. Away form is good for City with 7 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses. Recent form is mixed but does include 2 losses to Barcelona. They have 3 wins and 3 losses like Utd. Out for City are Nastasic, Richards and Aguero. With Edin Dzeko a doubt here.

Goals look likely here as I think City will be ruthless. I do see United scoring though as I think this game could have the makings of a classic. The home side are light years behind their blue neighbours but pride will mean they will make a game of it. The over 2.5 goals looks better value than the both to score for me.  With 30 goals in last 10 games for an average of 3.00 per game we take the overs.  It has paid out in 7 of the last 10 games.
