Middlesbrough for another three points for me here. They have opened up with 2 wins and 1 loss in the division. The loss was a strange one as they dominated all areas against an average Leeds side yet lost to a late goal. The two wins were comfortable though, beating Birmingham and Bolton. Boro totally dominated a decent Bolton side and had over 2/3 of possession. Defenders Woodgate has a Ben Gibson will sit out here. Sheffield Wednesday are unbeaten so far with 1 win and 2 draws. They beat Brighton and drew with Millwall and Derby. Two key defenders missing here for The Owls as Sam Hutchinson joins Keiren Lee on the sidelines.
Boro rate good value here at 1.91 or 10/11. No side ever tends to go off as short favourites in this league as all sides are capable of defeating each other. However in this one Boro should certainly be shorter than these odds. They have looked very strong in all departments and certainly have the tools to see of Wednesday. The Owls look ok themselves but they lack in attacking areas for me.
