One man to benefit greatly from the demise of Villas Boas was Adebayor. The Togo hitmen was cast aside by the coach and left to rot in the reserves. Whatever he did to cross Villas Boas was enough to miss most of the early part of the season. His qualities are high though and he has proved his worth many times over since the new coach Sherwood took over and put his trust in the African. A return of 7 goals in 12 appearences has shown he is back to his very best. Don’t forget this is a striker who has played for the very best with Real Madrid amongst the teams he has played for. The odds here are totally wrong with bet365. Adebayor is in top form and Tottenham should win easily here against a decimated and out of form Newcastle.
