Southampton v Swansea predictions & betting tips

Southampton is 3-2-1 in the Barclays Premier League and has won three competitive matches in a row now. They have improved massively defensively on last season, and upfront they got plenty of goal threat. Pochettino should have a fit squad to pick from.

Swansea has played some good football this season. They were good against Arsenal in the first half last Premier League match day, but could not hinder the Premiership’s top team at the moment grabbing a narrow win. Ashley Williams (Central Defender) is expected to be out still.However Angel Rangel (Fullback) is most likely fit to play.

Southampton v Swansea betting tips

Last season the sides played two low scoring draws. Both play good, technical football but probably convert a bit less than they’d like to. Swansea has played a lot of football lately and their squad isn’t the biggest. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Welsh outfit is a bit tired here. I do still rate this a really tight game though.

My first betting tip definitely is X2 with Bet365 (Double Chance) at 1.83 (5/6). Southampton has a good side, but this in my opinion is a really close game. Swansea is likely to be the better side even this season, and I am a bit surprised the market goes this low on the Saints.
