SUNDERLAND V STOKE : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS 1x2

Sunderland (4-6-12) last six league games have been two wins, three draws and a single defeat. So although still in the relegation zone, there is genuine belief that things are looking up. Last week they made it through to the League cup final, and they will hope the confident vein continues in this potential relegation six pointer. Home form (2-2-7) is still a cause for concern though, with the last league win coming back in November. Stoke (5-7-10) have no league wins in five, four of them defeats, and they are definitely getting dragged into the relegation picture. Away form (1-2-8) does nothing to inspire confidence, and Mark Hughes needs fortunes to change. Westwood and Cuellar are long term misses for Sunderland, Wickham is back from a loan spell and new signing Vergini is available. Stoke still miss Huth, Etherington and Wilkinson, but Odemwingie has been brought in on loan to bolster attacking options.
