They have been really disappointing, although the only plus going into this game is that away form is much better than their home efforts. The reverse fixture ended in a 0-0 draw, not surprising really, as goals have been difficult for both sides to come by this season. Brown(def) is suspended, and O’Shea(def), Johnson(mid) and Borini(str) are doubts for Sunderland, while Villa miss Clark(def) suspended, with Vlaar(def) and Benteke(str) maybe ready to return.
