Two sides who seem to have stalled somewhat over the latter part of the season. Watford have made the semi final of FA Cup and are safe for next season in league so will see it as a successful season. They are currently in 14^th with 37 points, 12 points gap over bottom 3. At home they have 5 wins, 4 draws and 6 losses. Recent league form reads 1 win, 2 draws and 3 losses. They are without Britos and Eskstrand here and will likely be without Ighalo. The top striker was taken off last match and is still feeling the effects. Stoke are in better form but still mixed overall. They sit in 9^th with 43 points, 8 of the top 4 places. Away form for them reads 5 wins, 5 draws and 5 losses. They are without Shakiri and Shawcross here. Missing too will be Pieters but Bardsley is back in the squad.

Both sides have been hit and miss lately. Neither really stands out here and the oddsmakers seem dead on with the win prices. For me a draw sees Watford 1 point nearer to that 40 point safety zone. Stoke are struggling a little on the road and a stalemate is best option.
