This game is much more closer than it seems and I had half a mind to side with West Brom. For me though the goals look a better option. West Brom are 1 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses from their opening games with 3 scored and 6 conceded. They have played Man City and Chelsea so far though so stats are a bit skewed. For me they have some top attacking options and Rondon in particular should go well. West Brom have a full squad to choose from with Berahino fit but maybe not match fit after transfer day shenanigans. Southampton are out the Europa Liga before it even began in earnest. They have opened in the league with 1 wins, 2 draws and and 1 loss. They have 10 goals for and against in their 4 games. For both sides Both Score Yes has occurred in 3 of the 8 games. Not a great average granted but I think the attacks for both sides are more potent than each defence is solid.
This is actually my bet of the day in England Premiership. Due the perceived “tight” nature of Tony Pulis of West Brom we tend to get over inflated odds for goals in his games. Well worth a bet here at 2.05 or 21/20 at Betfair.
