EVIAN V VALENCIENNES PREDICTIONS  

Evian (17^th) is having an extraordinary end of season. They have been struggling just above the relegation zone pretty much all season long, diving into it for a few weeks until last weekend. And in the middle of this fight, they managed to qualify for the Coupe de France final (after beating Lorient 4-0 in semi-finals), which is a huge surprise. And even more surprising is their last week 4-0 home win against Nice in Ligue 1. Nice is one of the best team in the second half of season, so this is another really big surprise. This win allowed them to get out of the relegation zone to Nancy. At home, they have a 5-7-6 record.

After a very bad second half of season, Valenciennes is finishing much stronger with a run of 5 games without losing. They are sitting in 11^th position with 45 points, so they are now just preparing next season to try and do better. Last week, they won 4-1 at home against Rennes (12^th), but Rennes received two red cards in this game before conceding three late goals. When playing away, Valenciennes has a poor 3-6-9 record.

EVIAN – VALENCIENNES BETTING TIPS
