Lille have started the season in average fashion, they are in 6th place with 3-1-2. At home they are 2-0-1 and won 1-0 against Lorient and Saint Etienne, but lost 2-0 to Nice. Last weekend they beat Sochaux 2-0 away. Evian TG are in 11th place with 2-2-2 and have started the season a bit better than what might have been expected. They are unbeaten in last three matches having won 2-1 at home to Lyon, 3-2 away to Ajaccio, and tied 2-2 last weekend at home to Montpellier after being behind 0-2. The main issue for Evian before this season was the loss of their two key goalscorers, but their forward Berigaud have so far risen to the occation and scored five goals so far.
