I am backing Over 2 goals in the Ligue 2 match between Auxerre and Angers SCO.
Auxerre has scored one or more in eight of their last ten Ligue 2 home matches, and three goals vs Angers since and including 2013 when Les Scoistes has visited them at Abbe-Deschamps stadium.
Angers is always a goal threat. They've scored third most in all League 2. Much thanks to top scorer Jonathan Kodija. He sat out last matchday, but is back in the squad, and likely to play. With 14 goals in 22apps (about 39% of all Angers Ligue 2 goals this season) he surely will be a handful for the home defense! Especially since defense regulars Fontaine (CB) and Bouby (DM) sits out. Khaled Ayari hasn't gotten going this season, but the dangerous front man is fit again, and included in the Angers squad as well. I doubt he will get much game time though.
Another point mentioning is that Angers has scored away from home in seven of their last ten matches.
Since and including 2013 the Auxerre v Angers fixture has been played twice. Both matches went over 2.5 goals. As the over 2 line is priced at evens (2.00) I prefer that, rather than gamble at higher odds on over 2.25 or 2.5. Should exactly two goals be scored in this match we get our money back as well. I think this is outstanding value.
