Dortmund (15-3-6) have recovered their form well, and just one loss in nine(seven wins), have put them back into clear second place in the league, on the verge of the Champions league quarter finals and a domestic cup semi final. With the Champions league second leg tie against Zenit next midweek, Klopp may tinker with the side here, but a strong starting eleven is assured. Gladbach (10-6-8) have not won in nine, which has seen them slide from a Champions league spot to virtually mid table obscurity. Away form (2-4-5) has been a problem all season, and this looks a tough ask to rediscover the winning way. Dortmund have Mkhitaryan(mid) suspended, and Subotic, Bender, Gundogan, Blaszczykowski and Reuss on the treatment table, though Lewandowski is available. Goalscoring defender Wendt looks like the only injury miss for Gladbach.
