Stuttgart played a very controlled game against a very strong Gladbach side on match day 1 of the Bundesliga. FC Cologne did not impress me much when they played HSV at home. HSV was probably the best side in that tie.
If Stuttgart is as organized as they were against Gladbach they should grind down this FC Cologne side. Up front Stuttgart showed goal threat on many occations and their defense looked steely too. FC Cologne I fear will have a very troubled time travelling this season.
