Braunschweig got their first win of the season at Wolfsburg last match, and were good value for the win their first since returning to Bundesliga. Previous performances mean they will need to step up again here I feel. Out with injury are Petkovic (GK), Correia (def), Hochschdeit (def) and Theurkauf (mid).
Schalke began poorly but have picked up and have a (3-2-3) record, an emphatic 4-1 home win over Augsburg the latest impressive display. The improved form has come since the arrival of Kevin Boateng who has had a major impact on the team. Farfan (mid) and long term Huntelaar (str) are out missing injured.
