Bremen (4-4-8) have only one win in their last ten league games, and are leaking an alarming number of goals. They have conceded twenty two in their last six, and cannot expect to get anything from matches with such poor defending. Leverkusen (12-1-3) lost at home to Frankfurt last week, but had won the four games before that, including an impressive away win in Werder Bremen. They are a clear second in the league, and last week aside have been very impressive. They have not lost in the last eight meetings with Bremen, and they will be up for the challenge against the kamikaze Bremen defence here. Schmitz(def), Hunt, Junuzovic and Kroos(mid)are out for Bremen, though regular keeper Mielitz should return. Spahic(def) is suspended, and midfield star Sam(mid), Reinartz(def) and Hilbert(mid) are out for Leverkusen.
