Borussia Moenchengladbach coach Lucien Favre has tried to lower expectation this week, Having lost Marco Reus, Roman Neustadter and Dante during the summer, he claims it is unrealistic to expect a repeat performance in 2012/13. Nurnberg gave as good as they got in a near even game. Slovak wide midfielder Robert Mak deservedly took the man-of-the-match performance.  Nurnberg have discovered a real gem in Japanese youngster Hiroshi Kiyotake, a deep lying playmaker who plays between the lines. Playing a 4-2-3-1 with fast attacking forwards Nurnberg could spring a few surprises this season.

Betting Prediction - Both sides are capable of putting in a performance and its a difficult game to call. 2.00 for Borussia Moenchengladbach (Pinnacle) is top price for a home win. Nurnberg are 4.25 (Also Pinnacle) in a game which could swing either way.
