HANNOVER V AUGSBURG : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

 Five games in Hannover sit on nine points with three home wins and two away defeats. At the HDI arena they have scored eight and conceded just one, and will be happy to get back home after last weeks 2-0 loss at champions Bayern Munich. They did perform with credit though and created several excellent chances in the game. Injury wise fringe defenders Cherundolo and Pander and midfielder Nikci are out. Most notable loss though is striker Diouf who has netted two in four this season. Hungarian midfielder Huszti returns after suspension though and will look to improve on his two goals already scored in three games. Hannover are unbeaten in the previous four meetings of the clubs, and had 2-0 wins home and away last season.

Augsburg  are also on nine points after five games, with a win and a loss in two away games so far, both by 1-0 scorelines. They beat Freiburg 2-1 last week, where after going behind against the run of play they deservedly came back to win with Turkish veteran Altintop amongst the goals. They have no injury worries coming into the match and coach Weinzeirl has a full squad to choose from.

Hannover enjoyed strong home form last season and are continuing in the same vein with three wins so far this season.
