Heerenveen did finally manage a clean sheet in their last match, when they won as expected against Zwolle. The most important players have remained in the club, and now Larsson is back again after injury. They have no new injuries or suspensions for this match.
Twente has normally had the upper hand against Heerenveen, and last season both encounters ended with a win to the away team (1-3 and 1-4). But despite this I belive there is an interesting angle to take on this match.
Twente started this season in poor fashion, but has gradually improved. We bet against them when they faced Sparta, and won that bet. Since then their presumptive best offensive player Ziyech (two goals and one assist in the first four matches of the season) has left the club. In addition they will miss Unal for this match (striker with three goals and one assist this season). The player Klich has been brought in, and will most likely start in same offensive role as Ziyech had. Oosterwijk (striker) has been good when given the right opportunites.
I expect Twente will improve offensively as the season progresses, but it will not happen immediately. This looks like a tough match for them, and I am going for the home win at odds 1.85.
