DR Congo take on Ghana in this Last 8 AFCON game in Stade Oyem, Gabon. DR Congo have done well so far in the competition with 2 wins and 1 draw. They beat Morocco 1-0 and Togo 3-1 to go with a 2-2 draw with Ivory Coast to top the group. For this game they have a few injury worries. Chancel Mbemba, Jordan Ikoko and Gabriel Zakuani are rated 50-50 while Jacques Maghoma is out for sure. Ghana made 2nd position in their group after three close matches. They were involved in three 1-0 games! Beating Uganda and Mali but losing to Egypt. Asamoah Gyan was rated doubtful but seems to be ok now. Ghana were hit by travel delays and only arrived here Friday but should be fine.
DR Congo will have their work cut out here. Ghana have not really got going so far but they have the ammunition to destroy any side. DR Congo have injuries and that will affect them. Should be tight but Ghana will nick it.
