ATLETICO MADRID V MILAN: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

A tight first  leg at San Siro as Milan had the upper hand for most of the game but still left the game on the losing side. A Diego Costa goal late on could have swung the tie. A fantastic performance from Madrid keeper Courtois meant Milan were kept at bay for the 90 minutes. Recent form for Milan is mixed  as they sit in 10^th in Serie A. They have won 2 but lost 4 of the last six games and for me this is one of the weakest Milan sides in recent memory. They prepared for this game by resting Kaka and Taarabt while Balotelli and Essien were late substitutes. Captain Montelivo will be out suspended. Atletico are flying in La Liga and head Barcelona at this moment as the two Madrid sides have taken a small lead in the title race. Recent form for them is ok with 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses.  Manquillo and Tiago are both out for them.

Two legged games like this are always tight as neither side want to make that 1^st mistake. Im a big fan of half time draw in situations like this in 2^nd leg and it has paid out well for me in the past.  Milan know if they get to half time at 0-0 they have a chance and Atletico won’t overly commit themselves. Big odds on the tie here.
