BARCELONA V AJAX PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Barcelona top the Primera Division after four  wins from four. A new coach has seen a continuation of the same passing and attacking. Barcelona hammered Levante 7-0 but found things more difficult in 1-0 wins at Malaga, and two 3-2 wins; Over Sevilla and Valencia. Barcelona still do not convince in defensive positions but their attack is so irresistible that it doesn’t usually matter. If Barcelona wish to have a real go at this years Champions league they will have to improve at the back no doubt. Conceding heavily to second rate Primera teams means when they face the Bayerns or Dortmunds of this world they will fare no better than last year. A new injury worryfor Barcelona as influential left back Jordi Alba sits out with hamstring problems. Also missing are Puyol and long term injury Afellay will miss out.

Ajax have had a pretty shakey start to this years Eridivise. 3 wins, 2 draw and a defeat is not the best opening salvo and they sit in 4^th position.  At home in Amsterdam they have won 3 from 3 with Roda, Feyenoord and surprise league leagers Zwolle all dispatched. On the road however its been a different story with three struggling performances so far.Draws at Heerenveen and Groningen plus a loss to AZ show they are not in top form at all. With 7 goals conceded in road games its not the best preparation for Camp Nou. Siem de Jong is the only fitness worry but he did play in the latter stages of the recent Zwolle game so may take his place on the bench.
