Barcelona has let in five goals in three matches since these two giants of football met at the Etihad in Manchester. Manchester has gotten their star striker, Aguero back. These are arguments that alone would strengthen the case of the both to score bet. I do however put more weight on the setting for the game. Manchester City has to try to go forward. They have enough firepower to manage that. On the other hand Barcelona has fine attacking players and can counter, or create on their own as usual.
Should Barcelona score a goal or two it is also very likely they will relax somewhat, and Manchester City looking to bounce back from a pathetic defeat to Wigan in the FA Cup will be fully alert for 90 minutes most likely. They should be able to at least get a goal in such a situation.
