Bayern Munich were brought down to earth with a bump over the last few weeks. Losing to Arsenal in London and then a goalless draw at Eintracht Frankfurt in Bundesliga. However that’s surely a blip as the Germans will step up several gears. In Allianz Arena I think Arsenal will be chasing shadows as Bayern seek revenge. With doubts over Badstuber, Bernat and Kirchoff. Arsenal are on a great run with 6 league games unbeaten and they are joint top of the Premier League. The 1st leg in London was 2-0 but it was a never a game with that scoreline. Arsenal had very little possession and were ran ragged for most of the game. They are without Arteta, Rosicky, Welbeck, Wilshire, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ospina and Walcott.
Two of the best sides in Europe, if not the world but Bayern are a wounded animal here. I expect a top level performance and with Dutch Diving Champion Arjen Robben back the danger is increased.
