The 1^st leg ended up being a mismatch. Barcelona were simply electrifying. Playing a confident game but with tremendous pace when attacking.  Bayern tried but nothing much happened. The terrible trio of Messi, Neymar and Suarez were too much to contain. I don’t think anyone will be able to contain this Barcelona side. Messi is simply the King of football.  An underated part of the Barce side is the defence – they are in superb form and have only conceded 8 in 18 matches.  They remain top of La Liga and look to have sealed the title at the weekend. With 2 games left and hold a 4 point lead of Real. In all games Barcelona have not lost in 19 matches with 56 goals scored and 8 conceded.  In UCL they are showing 10 wins and 1 loss with the last 10 all won!. The have managed 79 in the league alone! Barcelona have a full squad here going into this one. Bayern have long since sealed Bundesliga. They have won 24 of their 32  games so far, leading 2^nd place Wolfsburg by 11 points with 2 games left.  In UCL they have won 7 drew 1 and lost 3. Goals have been flying in with 30 scored and 11 conceded.  Having scored 7 twice and 6 once they know where the net is. Bayern lost their 3rd consecutive match at the weekend as they went down at home to Augsburg -  but all focus is on the mission impossible in putting 3 past Barce at Allianz Arena.

Bayern for sure have the ability to beat Barcelona but I just cannot see it happening. They have to play a more open game and from this I can only see Barcelona tearing them apart on the counter. Barce don’t need to attack but they will do and in Messi, Neymar and Suarez they have the pace to pull Bayern apart on their own. Im taking Barcelona o
