Man City simply have to beat the Germans here after losing the opening match at home to Juventus. Moenchengladbach lost heavily in Sevilla so this group is very finely balanced. Borussia sit in 14th after a poor start in Bundesliga, with 2 wins and 5 defeats from 7 games. Man City started like a house on fire in England Premiership after 5 wins without conceding. However they have lost 3 of the last 4 games and have dropped down to 2nd place. Wilfried Bony, Eliaquim Mangala, Gael Clichy, Fabian Delph, Samir Nasri and Vincent Kompany all miss out for City.
