Ludogorets of Razgrad open up their 1^st ever jaunt in Champions League with a ‘home’ tie against 10 times winners Real Madrid. I say home as they will have to play in Sofia which is 300KM away from their actual home. Ludogorets played very well indeed at Anfield and I would say they were unlucky not to leave with a point. They showed some attacking endeavor and looked neat and tidy in possession.  Razgrad will welcome back 1^st choice keeper Vladislav Stoyanov  back from suspension. Playing Liverpool at the moment though is another league from playing Real Madrid. The Spaniards are totally destructive and can score  almost at will with their amazing roster of attackers. If Ronaldo doesn’t kill you then Bale, Benzema, James or   will – Indeed Real Madrid have scored 20 goals in the last 4 games including 5 at home to fellow Group team Basel of Switzerland. Khedira, Coentrao and Jese miss out while Pepe may also be rested.

This isn’t a gap in class, this is a huge cavern. Real Madrid should have no problems racking up a score and I see any number of permutations of attackers.  Even if they choose to rest players they have hungry back up players who will do damage. A big margin win for Madrid, no problem here.
