Shirak won the Armenian league, losing only six matches out of fourty two played. At home only two matches out of twenty one was lost. Shirak narrowly lost out to BATE Borisov last season. BATE went on to beat Bayern Munich in the group stages in last years Champions League and played some OK football in the process. It is quite clear we deal with a farily good football side here.
Tre Penne, is not a pasta dish all though it may sound like it. It's actually a football club based in San Marino. Looking at the previous seasons performances in European football qualification one can conclude this side does indeed need to eat a lot of pasta if they are going to have energy enough to cope with a quality Armenian side.
