Zenit lost 3-1 away to on-fire Atletico Madrid on match day one of the Champions League. They’ve had players coming back from injury but still miss Russian international Malafeev (Keeper). Roman Shirokov (midfielder) looks fit to start. Zenit fielded their best eleven against tough opponent Spartak Moscow in the midweek, so they are likely to feel it in their legs for this one.

Austria Vienna has been in horrible form domestically. On match day one of the Champions League they also lost at home against FC Porto. Austria Vienna has several regulars on the sidelines. Marko Stankovic, Daniel Royer, Alexander Grunwald and Alexander Gorgon are all missing.

I think a much weakened Austria Vienna will find the trip to St. Petersburg very difficult. With players out and poor form even a tiring Zenit should be able to win.
