Nigeria trashed a super weak Tahiti 6-1 in the last game. I personally am not a big fan of this Nigeria side when comparing it to previous editions. For this tournament they're without some class players such as Victor Moses, Emmanuel Emenike and Obafemi Martins. Nigeria will probably opt for defensive duty knowing Spain will destroy Tahiti. This as they'll fancy their chances against a Spanish side already qualified for the playoffs.
Uruguay lost 2-1 to Spain, and never really threatened the Spanish. They've been really poor in World Cup Qualification, but going into this tournament they beat France in a friendly and Venezuela in a qualifier so the form might be improving. For Uruguay this is the key match of the tournament. Having lost to Spain, knowing they'll crush Tahiti it's now or never.
Against this Nigeria side I hold Uruguay as rock solid favorites. 4/5 (1.80) is on offer from BET365 on the 1X2 and I just think that is a notch and a half to high. Luis Suarez, Diego Forlan and Edinson Cavani will surely give the Nigerian defense a night to forget!
