France v Switzerland in Villeneuve d’Ascq to see who tops the group. France have won both matches, beating Romania and Albania. In truth they have not really got going so far. It may be a crazy statement but they have been a bit stop/start and that can only be a good thing for them as they should improve into the knockout stages. No injury or suspension problems for France here. Switzerland have not been overly impressive either. Beating Albania 1-0 with the help of a red card to defender Lorik Cana and then a 1-1 draw with Romania in which for me they were slightly 2nd best. However they sit on 4 points and have surely qualified unless they get hammered today. No injury or suspension worries for them either.
France have done all their scoring 2nd half and mainly in the last seconds of the matches! Switzerland have offered little and I don’t see them progressing far into the competition. Here I see a tight 1st half and the draw at 20-21 or 1.96 looks a great bet.
