Europa League qualifiers and we have a match up that sees Malta host Bosnia & Herzegovina. Its Balzan’s 1^st ever European game and they have couldn’t have picked a harder opponent. Balzan are one of the lesser lights of Maltese football. They have never took the title and are not often to be found in the top flight.  They will not be playing at home either and will take the game to Hibernians stadium. They wont have a big crowd either although the weather is stifling. Expect to be around 27c and high humidity at KO. Zeljeznicar are one of the big sides of the ex Yugoslav nation. They have 7 titles of the country and last won it in 2013. They have heaps of experience in Europe having played  56 games with 18 wins, 13 draws and 25 losses and indeed have a great ranking – sitting in 241 – very high for these early rounds. They have a semi final appearance to their name but that was in mid 1980s – recently they have defeated the likes of Sheriff Tiraspol (Mol) and Lovcen (Mon).

This looks a one sided game and I think the win odds are all wrong here. The 4-9 or 1.44 is a gimme and although short is well worth taken. The gulf in these two sides is massive. I take the -1.25 line on offer. We need a 2 goal win for payment. A 1 goal win sees half stakes returned.
