DINAMO KIEV v RAPID VIENNA: TOTAL GOALS BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Dinamo Kiev have not been up to their usual high standards over the last few seasons. Their crown has been taken by Shaktar Donetsk. This season they started poorly but a superb run of form has seen them rise to 2^nd. Kiev have won 11 of the last 15 games with just 2 draws and 2 defeats. In this Europa League group they are in 2^nd and only need a draw here. 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats means they have qualification in their own hands.  Rapid Vienna are in third in Austria Bundesliga but are way off the pace set by runaway leaders RB Salzburg. In the Europa League they have not had the best run but go into the last game able to qualify. Just 1 win in 5 games isn’t good enough though and Kiev should have few troubles.

Conditions will hardly suit a free flowing game and I fancy Rapid Vienna to totally bottle it. Kiev will be prepared for the very low temperatures expected and with their own destiny in hand will not force the pace. I expect Rapid Vienna to have an early surge but then wilt. Kiev will dominate the key areas but don’t need to exert themselves. A low scoring win for the home side.
