Napoli were contained for most of the game in Naples. For me a 1-1 draw was unexpected and isn’t a great result over the away goals scenario. Napoli need to win or a high scoring draw to progress here. They have played 13 games so far in the competition and have won 8, drawn 4 and lost 1. Napoli are in great form recently with 6 wins, 2 draw and 1 loss. They go into this one with Michu out but able to play their strongest 11. In Rafa Benitez they gave a master of European qualification. He does seem to be at his strongest in continental competition. Dnipro have done well to get as far as they have. They come into this 2nd in Ukraine league and just 2 defeat in 23 games ( a cup final loss to Shakhtar) In UEFA competition this season they have 14 games and 6 wins, 6 draws and 3 defeats. Winning only 6 of the 14 games shows they are well beatable. They miss Kravchenko and Zozulya.
I think this is a one of final for Napoli and their season hinges on it. I see that Dnipro are a good team and do respect their results but think the weight of the game means 100% focus from Napoli and a win that they need.
