Krasnodar of Russia have performed well in Europe and on the domestic stage so far. In Russia they have 5 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses.  They have played 7 games already in Europa League. Taking 5 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. They have beaten Diasgyor (Hungary) twice and Sillemae Kalev (Estonia) twice as well as Real Sociedad once.  In opening game they drew 1-1 at Lille in a very even game. Big injury news for them though is influential attacking midfielder Jazoaoinho. He has already scored 9 goals for them this season and will be a big loss. Everton have been up and down in England Prem and sit in 15^th with just 1 win from 6. They have only lost twice though so its not all doom and gloom. Everton had a tough opening run of fixtures, having already faced Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. They are a very capable outfit and can rotate with little loss of quality. They have the likes of Samuel Eto’o benched from the weekend and ready to come in here.

Bookmakers have this close and while I do agree Krasnodar deserve favoritism I don’t see Everton losing here. Krasnodar will be surprised at the attacking football Everton can play. The Toffees have a deep squad too and I think they are the favourites for this group. I like them with a quarter goal start.
