PSV have to avoid defeat to progress to the next stage, but they are in very poor form of late. No wins in five, including four defeats is not usual for this Dutch giant, and they find themselves in a lowly tenth place in the Dutch league. Since beating Chornomorets 2-0 in the reverse fixture, PSV have won just two games in twelve, and are really struggling. Chornomorets Odessa have the same record as PSV in the group, but after defeat to them at home only a win is good enough to send them through here. In the Ukraine league they are in fifth spot going into the winter break, and form has been good. Bruma is suspended for PSV and Schaars(mid) is out injured.
