Real Betis hasn’t had a good start to their domestic season as they lost 2-1 away to Real on match day 1, then 1-2 at home against Celta Vigo this midweek. They did win 2-1 away in the first leg of this Europa League qualifier however. Real Betis will be big favorites to win even if they have doubts over midfielders Verdu and Igiebor as well as Perquis (Defender) and Sara (Keeper). They have good cover in these positions.

Jablonec won 1-0 away to Sigma Olmouc this weekend. The Czechs will be underdogs for this one. Jablonec would surely have liked to go into this Europa League qualifier second leg defending a lead as they are usually quite solid at the back. Here they will be chasing a result, and I am not so sure this suits them. I think it will take a small miracle for them to get into the group stages. Jablonec has no new injury worries but midfielders Rossi and Kovar are both still out.

Real Betis will get chances here to counter. Ruben Castro, their top scorer was fit again against Celta Vigo. He came in with twenty minutes to go and he scored a late goal. He will probably get more minutes here. With no La Liga matches this weekend it is also quite likely it will be the first string of Real Betis playing here.
